2. Acceptance of these Terms
By using the Website or making a purchase through it, you confirm that you have read and accept these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website. These Terms apply together with the Website’s Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms when our services or the law change. The new version applies from the date it is published. Each order is governed by the Terms in force when it was placed.
3. Services and content
The Website presents L.two’s educational services (foreign-language courses, IB preparation, study abroad, translations, corporate training, educational trips and more). Through the Learning Marketplace it offers digital educational material (digital books) and, in the future, online courses.
Services delivered in person or under a separate agreement (e.g. class enrolment, translations, corporate training) are also governed by the specific terms agreed in each case.
Our educational material is provided for information and learning purposes. We do not guarantee any particular result in exams, university admission or recruitment processes.
4. Digital products: ordering, payment, delivery
Prices. Prices are in euros and include VAT. The price shown when you complete your order applies.

Payment. Accepted payment methods: [Payment methods]. Card payments are processed by a secure payment provider; L.two does not store card details.
Delivery. Digital books are delivered electronically as PDF files, via a download link in the confirmation email and in your account (“My account” → “Downloads”). Download links may be limited in number of downloads or time.
Receipt. A legal receipt is issued for every purchase (or an invoice, on request with your business details).
Technical requirements. You need a device with a PDF reader.
If you do not receive your product or the link does not work, email hello@ltwo.gr and we will fix it promptly.
5. Right of withdrawal
Under Greek consumer protection law (Law 2251/1994) and EU Directive 2011/83/EU, consumers generally have a 14-day right to withdraw from distance purchases.
Exception for digital content: Digital books and online courses are digital content not supplied on a tangible medium. When completing your order, you expressly consent to immediate supply (making the file available or granting course access) and acknowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal. Once the content has been made available, the purchase cannot be cancelled or refunded, subject to Section 6.
For online courses you have not yet opened or downloaded, you may withdraw within 14 days by emailing hello@ltwo.gr. Refunds are made to the original payment method within 14 days.
6. Faulty content
If a file is corrupted, incomplete or does not match its description, let us know at hello@ltwo.gr. We will send you a correct file or, if that is not possible, refund you. Your statutory rights regarding digital content (Directive (EU) 2019/770, Greek Law 4967/2022) are not limited by these Terms.
7. Licence and intellectual property
All content on the Website and in our digital products (texts, exercises, images, graphics, videos, logos) is protected by copyright law (Greek Law 2121/1993) and belongs to L.two or its licensors.
A purchase gives you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence. You may store the file on your own devices and print it for your own study.
Without our written permission, you may not:
- copy, sell, rent or distribute the material, whether free or for payment
- share the file or your access details with others, or upload it to websites, groups or file-sharing platforms
- use it in a classroom, tutoring school or corporate training (contact us for a group licence)
- modify it, remove copyright notices, or use the material to train artificial intelligence systems
Any breach results in immediate termination of the licence and the account and may lead to legal action.
8. Online courses
When available, online courses will be accessed through your account. The access period (e.g. 12 months or unlimited) is stated on each course page. Access is personal; the same account may not be used by several people. We may update or improve course content without materially reducing what you purchased. Any certificate of completion is not an academic qualification unless expressly stated otherwise.
9. User account
An account may be required for purchases. You must provide accurate details and keep your password safe; you are responsible for all activity on your account. Purchases through the Website are made by adults. Minors may use the material with the consent and supervision of a parent or guardian, who makes the purchase. We may suspend accounts that breach these Terms.
10. Use of the Website
You may not use the Website for unlawful purposes, attempt unauthorised access, scrape content automatically, spread malware or post offensive comments. We may remove comments that breach these rules.
11. Third-party links
The Website may link to third-party websites (e.g. partner institutions, social media). We do not control and are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
12. Limitation of liability
We make every effort to keep content accurate and the Website running smoothly, but we do not guarantee it will always be available or error-free. Information on studies, exams and admissions may be changed by the relevant bodies; always check official sources. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for a digital product is limited to the amount you paid for it. This does not affect liability for wilful misconduct or gross negligence, or your mandatory consumer rights.
13. Complaints and dispute resolution
Please contact us first at hello@ltwo.gr with any complaint; we will reply as soon as possible. As a consumer, you may also contact the Hellenic Consumer Ombudsman or the Amicable Settlement Committee of your municipality.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by Greek law. The courts of Chalkida have jurisdiction, without prejudice to a consumer’s right to bring proceedings in the courts of their place of residence. If any provision is found invalid, the rest remain in force. In case of discrepancy between the Greek and English versions, the Greek version prevails.
